Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a unique twist on the classic supper club at Devon Cookery School. This one-night-only event combines the joy of dining with the excitement of a live culinary demonstration, creating an immersive foodie experience that’s perfect for couples or groups looking for something extraordinary. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted with a glass of bubbly to set the tone for an evening of indulgence and interaction. Unlike a traditional supper club, this event features a live demonstration where our expert chef will prepare some of the evening’s dishes before your eyes. As the demonstration unfolds, you’re encouraged to ask questions, join in the conversation, and pick up tips and tricks to inspire your own kitchen adventures. The four-course Italian menu showcases exquisite flavours, starting with a selection of antipasti. Watch as handmade beetroot ravioli, filled with smoked goat’s cheese and draped in thyme butter, comes to life in the demo. Your main course is a decadent Chianti-braised short rib served with creamy Risotto Milanese and cavolo nero. For vegetarians, an equally indulgent alternative will be provided. The experience ends on a sweet note with a silky panna cotta, complemented by tangy blood orange and traditional cantucci. This event is BYOB, so bring along your favorite bottle to pair with the meal. With its relaxed atmosphere, interactive format, and indulgent menu, the Valentine’s Italian Supper Club promises an unforgettable evening for food lovers.
