About This Class
Discover the secrets to cooking the perfect steak in this delicious Steaks and Sauces class. Our expert chefs will guide you through selecting the best cuts and share essential tips for keeping your steak tender, juicy, and packed with flavour. Alongside mastering steak cooking techniques, you’ll also learn to prepare a selection of delicious sauces to complement your dish including, Fiery peppercorn, Chimichurri, Creamy Stilton and Classic rosemary beurre noisette. Once you're all fired up about steak you’ll cook your own to perfection and sit down to enjoy your creation with a variety of accompaniments—and maybe even a cheeky glass of wine. Dietary Info: This class can be adapted for gluten-free diets only. Not suitable for vegetarian or vegan diets. What You Will Be Making: • Your own cooked steak with a choice of delicious sauce Skills: • How to select a quality steak • Understanding different cuts and their characteristics • Flavouring and seasoning techniques • Pan-frying and searing for the perfect finish What You Will Take Home: Any additional portions of sauces, including chimichurri. To reduce waste, please bring your own takeaway containers.
