About This Class
Fresh pasta is incredibly quick to make once you know how, and homemade filled pasta is a joy to make and eat. Starting with making a super stretchy pasta dough, you will be shown how to roll using a pasta machine. We will create a delicious seasonal filling that you’ll use to create spinach and ricotta Ravioli to cook off with a sage butter sauce. With the rest of the dough we will make some shapes by hand and demo 2 quick sauces that will be sure to impress your family and friends. Belissimo! You will be making: • Your own pasta from scratch with a seasonal filling and a simple sauce Techniques learnt: • How to create a perfect pasta dough • Kneading • Pasta rolling using a machine • Different types of filling • How to perfectly cook the pasta • A few delicious sauces Everything that you prepare will be either eaten for lunch/dinner or can be taken home. We are actively trying to cut back on single use containers as much as we can!
