You’ll start by making Bibimbap, a beautifully balanced rice bowl topped with colourful vegetables, savoury beef, a perfectly fried egg, and a dash of spicy Gochujang. Next, you’ll cook a crispy, savoury Kimchi Pancake, packed with the tangy, spicy punch of fermented kimchi and fried to golden perfection. To complete your Korean feast, you’ll master a Quick Cucumber and Radish Kimchi, a fresh and speedy take on Korea’s most beloved side dish—you’ll be pickling like a pro in no time! Whether you’re a kimchi connoisseur or new to Korean cooking, this class is a fun, hands-on experience that will leave you with new skills, a deeper appreciation for Korean culture, and a very satisfied appetite! We are actively trying to cut back on single-use containers, so please bring your own for any leftovers.
