About This Class

🍞 Calling all future bread bakers! 🍞 Join us for a hands-on, flour-filled adventure in our Kids' Bread Making Class! It's time to get creative and have some fun while learning the basics of bread making. 👩‍🍳 Roll up those sleeves! Our young bakers will start by mixing and kneading their own dough, learning the magic of bread from scratch. They'll get to craft two delicious creations: soft and fluffy white rolls and a beautifully rustic focaccia! 🌿 Add a Personal Touch: Kids will have the chance to personalise their focaccia with fun toppings like rosemary, olives, and a drizzle of olive oil. Watch their creativity shine as they shape their bread and make it uniquely theirs. 🍞 Baking and Tasting: While the dough rises, our chefs will share tips on baking and explain how the magic of yeast works. Then, it's time to pop those rolls and focaccia in the oven! The best part? Tasting their delicious homemade creations fresh out of the oven. 👩🏼‍🤝‍👨🏽 Fun and Educational: From measuring ingredients to kneading dough, kids will learn essential baking skills and gain confidence in the kitchen. They'll also discover the science behind bread making—all while having tons of fun with friends! 🏆 Certificates and Take-Home Treats: Each budding baker will leave with a personalised bread-making certificate and their freshly baked bread to share (or not!) at home. INFORMATION FOR PARENTS THESE CLASSES ARE FOR CHILDREN AGED 8-11, PLEASE STATE YOUR CHILDS AGE UPON BOOKING. They MUST be able to reach and work at the height of a standard kitchen surface (900mm) without the use of a stool or other object to raise their height. Please contact us if you have any queries. This is a matter of health and safety. We ask that parents be on site ( there is a cafe on site) or within a short drive (10 mins maximum).
