Join us at Devon Cookery School for a seasonal Italian cooking class, where you will master the art of preparing three classic Italian dishes: bruschetta, risotto, and tiramisu. This hands-on class celebrates the flavours of each season, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients to create authentic Italian cuisine. Dietary Info: Contains gluten, dairy, and eggs. Suitable for vegetarian diets (V). Not suitable for vegan or gluten-free diets. What You Will Be Making: • Seasonal bruschetta – A traditional Italian antipasto with fresh, seasonal toppings, perfect as a light starter or appetiser. • Creamy risotto – Learn the secrets to a rich, perfectly cooked risotto, using seasonal vegetables and herbs to highlight the best produce of the time of year. • Decadent tiramisu – Master the layering of rich mascarpone, espresso-soaked ladyfingers, and a dusting of cocoa to create this beloved Italian dessert. Skills: • How to prepare seasonal ingredients for bruschetta • The art of making a perfectly creamy risotto • Layering and assembling a classic tiramisu • Tips on balancing flavours and textures in Italian cuisine What You Will Take Home: • Bruschetta • Risotto • Tiramisu What You’ll Get for Lunch: Everything you prepare will either be enjoyed during the class or taken home. We are actively trying to cut back on single-use containers, so please help us by bringing takeaway boxes or bags for your dishes.
