Join us at Devon Cookery School for an immersive seasonal Italian cooking class, where you will master the art of preparing three classic Italian dishes: Bruschetta, Risotto, and Tiramisu. Designed to celebrate the flavours of each season, this hands-on class will guide you through the use of fresh, locally-sourced ingredients to create authentic Italian cuisine. Bruschetta: Learn to make this beloved Italian antipasto with the freshest seasonal toppings, perfect for a light starter or a flavorful appetizer. Risotto: Discover the secrets to a creamy, perfectly cooked risotto, using seasonal vegetables and herbs that highlight the best produce each time of year has to offer. Tiramisu: Finish your culinary journey with the classic Italian dessert, Tiramisu. Master the balance of rich mascarpone, espresso-soaked ladyfingers, and a dusting of cocoa for a sweet ending to your meal. What you will be making: • Seasonal bruschetta • Creamy risotto • Decadent tiramisu Techniques learnt: • How to prepare seasonal ingredients for bruschetta • The art of making a perfectly creamy risotto • Layering and assembling a classic tiramisu • Tips on balancing flavours and textures in Italian cuisine Everything that you prepare will be either eaten during the class or will be taken home. We are actively trying to cut back on single-use containers as much as we can!
