About This Class
Fresh pasta is incredibly quick to make once you know how, and homemade filled pasta is a joy to make and eat. Starting with making a super stretchy pasta dough, you will then be shown how to roll using a pasta machine. We will create a delicious seasonal filling that you’ll use to create two to three different types of filled pasta. Finally, you’ll serve it up with a deceptively simple sauce for the ultimate Italian treat. You will be making -Your own pasta from scratch with a seasonal filling and a simple sauce Techniques learnt -How to create a perfect pasta dough -Kneading -Pasta rolling using a machine -Different types of filling -How to perfectly cook the pasta -A simple but delicious sauce Everything that you prepare will be either eaten for lunch/dinner or can be taken home. We are actively trying to cut back on single use containers as much as we can! Please help us by bringing takeaway containers with you to take home any leftovers/ goodies you make! - UPCOMING CLASS DATES 2024 - Thursday 5th December Saturday 14th December Thursday 19th December NOTE: If you are looking to book for more than one person but cannot change the 'Number of Participants' from 1, it means that there is only one space left on the class.
