This class takes you through both Autumn/Winter and Spring/Summer menus, showcasing the hearty, comforting dishes that define each season. In our Autumn/Winter menu, you’ll learn to make a rich and savory Beef and Ale Pie with homemade shortcrust pastry. This quintessential British comfort dish will become a staple in your kitchen once you master the perfect flaky crust and deeply flavorful filling. For dessert, indulge in the warm, sticky sweetness of Sticky Toffee Pudding, paired with a silky custard (demo) that adds the perfect finishing touch. When the weather warms up, our Spring/Summer menu offers lighter, yet equally delicious, fare. You’ll create a delicate Mini Quiche Lorraine with homemade shortcrust pastry – perfect for picnics or garden parties. Then, you'll move on to a refreshing Summer Pudding, a beautifully vibrant dessert bursting with seasonal berries. We’ll also demonstrate how to make a tangy lemon curd, ideal for spreading over scones or folding into desserts.
