Celebrate timeless British cuisine in this seasonal cooking class, where you’ll create classic dishes that showcase the best of each season. In the Autumn/Winter (Oct–Mar) menu, you’ll master a rich Beef & Ale Pie, made with flaky homemade shortcrust pastry and a deeply flavourful filling. For dessert, you’ll make Sticky Toffee Pudding, served with a silky homemade custard (demo). The Spring/Summer (Apr–Sept) menu features a Mini Quiche Lorraine, perfect for picnics or garden parties. You’ll also create a vibrant Summer Pudding and watch a demo on making zesty lemon curd, ideal for scones or desserts. Whether you love hearty, comforting meals or lighter seasonal fare, this class will give you the confidence to recreate British favourites at home. Dietary Info: Suitable for vegetarian diets.
