Ive been in love with duck ever since my first bite of the ever love duck pancakes. But it is hard to replicate at home. Im not saying this is the REAL deal, but its pretty close! It takes two days but it is absolutely worth it. Slow cooked so that it falls off the bone and then crisped up just before serving to get a deliciously crispy skin (because lets be honest the crispy skin is what we are here for!)
