Celeriac is endlessly versatile! Surprisingly so for such a gnarly, awkward looking veg. But once you get under those wrinkles you'll find a light, sweet veg that can be mashed, diced, fried, baked or boiled.
Featured as our first 'veg of the month' in January where we introduced you to a spiced celeriac Waldorf salad, we figure it's too good not to pop out another delicious celeriac recipe. This one is more warming for the darker January days (today is very dark!), satisfying both your sweet and savoury cravings. It also works as a great refreshing spring recipe, perfect after a big walk as the days get longer.
